Raw-feeding cats?

yviI am (hopefully) going to get two cats to be a servant to next week and I am interested in at least occasionally feeding them raw meat/fish. Is anyone here doing that with cats and can give me some pointers?
I must admit, after the first two sites I found on the 'net about it were going on and on about how evil vaccinations are, I am a bit put off searching for myself.
(I also do what probably qualifies as raw-feeding my other pet, but with geckos, that's pretty common. I have fed and bred all kind of crickets, grasshoppers, flour beetles, and woodlice)
